Batan Lounge Chair

The Batan lounge chair is the epitome of what we believe in – sculptural, monolithic, and ergonomic. Crafted from a single block of reclaimed wood, each piece is as unique as the tree that preceded it. It is designed through the deconstruction of the perfect form – the sphere. And it pays homage to both pre-Columbian and Japanese culture through its shapes, such as the three-leg bases used in molcajetes and petates, and techniques.
